Job Description: * Completed undergraduate degree (Engineering or related fields); * Knowledge of Hydraulics, Mechanics, and Electrical systems; * Experience in Maintenance Management (vessels) Plan, coordinate, and control preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for Surfers and UT vessels operating in the Northeast region, ensuring operational availability, equipment reliability, and compliance with established technical standards. Manage the supply of maintenance-related materials, spare parts, and services, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, delivery schedule, and cost-optimization requirements, with emphasis on developing local suppliers. Technically evaluate and approve service providers and maintenance suppliers, ensuring their qualification, documentary compliance, and adherence to Baru Offshore’s technical criteria. Conduct equipment and system failure analyses, implement corrective and preventive actions, and report critical deviations, root causes, and continuous improvement plans to the Operations Management team. Monitor and ensure proper reporting of onboard equipment and system incidents, occurrences, and failures, guaranteeing traceability and compliance with internal procedures and information management tools. Ensure implementation, dissemination, and compliance with safe practices and procedures related to equipment use and maintenance, aligned with Baru Offshore’s internal standards and maritime/offshore legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with Operations and SMS teams to enhance efficiency in vessel support, maintenance planning and dry-docking, inventory management, and reduction of maintenance-related downtime. Promote a safety culture, ensuring all activities under your coordination comply with Baru Offshore’s Safety Culture Management guidelines, tools, and programs, reinforcing operational discipline and safe behavior.
