Join us in living the new! **ATTENTION: AXIA Energia does not charge fees for tests, exams, or participation in the selection process.** **Responsibilities and Duties*** Monitor daily operations and ensure procedural compliance. * Support monitoring and oversight of security systems and services, reporting any anomalies or incidents. * Support data collection and organization during events, incidents, and investigations. * Assist in preparing reports and compiling information for analysis and review by mid-level and senior analysts. * Conduct regular inspections of facilities to assess and supervise the execution and quality of security services at assigned locations. * Measure services provided by contracted companies and initiate payment processes. * Monitor the financial health of service contracts under responsibility, as well as requirements for amendments. * Monitor the operation of security systems, ensuring all function within established parameters. * Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of electronic security systems such as cameras, alarms, and access control equipment. * Provide technical security support to internal company areas, resolving routine issues under guidance from mid-level and senior analysts. * Respond promptly to security events and incidents, implementing corrective measures under guidance from designated analysts, supervisors, and specialists. * Guide and train service providers to perform their functions effectively. * Document inspections, events, and incidents per instructions, supporting report generation. **Requirements and Qualifications*** Driver’s license Category B; * Availability for travel throughout Brazil; * Proven experience in corporate security; * Experience supervising contracts for supply and/or provision of security services; * Experience implementing security procedures and/or standards; * Negotiation and communication skills with internal clients and suppliers; * Desired experience in risk management, crisis management, and business protection; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Strong verbal and written communication; * Proactivity and problem-solving ability; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); * Ability to work collaboratively in teams; * Discretion and professional confidentiality; * Completed technical education or undergraduate studies underway (completed undergraduate degree is a plus); **Additional Information** **Benefits:** At AXIA Energia, the well\-being and quality of life of our people fuel the energy that drives us.
