Power Systems Safety Management** * Develop and implement specific safety procedures for work on high-voltage transmission lines * Conduct risk analyses for construction, operation, and maintenance activities at substations * Coordinate implementation of NR-10 (Safety in Electrical Installations and Services) and other applicable regulatory standards **2\. Safety in Electrical Infrastructure Construction and Maintenance** * Supervise safety on transmission line and substation construction projects * Develop safety protocols for working at heights, excavation, and structural assembly * Implement Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) systems for high-voltage equipment * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with emphasis on operational safety **3\. Power Generation Safety Management** * Develop specific safety procedures for hydroelectric plants and wind farms * Develop emergency response plans for critical situations at generation facilities * Coordinate safety inspections of rotating equipment, dams, and wind turbines **4\. Risk Analysis and Prevention** * Conduct Preliminary Risk Analyses (PRA) and Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOP) * Develop site-specific risk maps for each type of facility * Implement safety management systems based on international standards (ISO 45001) * Investigate accidents and incidents, proposing corrective and preventive measures **5\. Technical Training and Capacity Building** * Develop electrical safety training programs for technical teams * Coordinate training on working at heights, confined spaces, and structural rescue * Implement awareness programs addressing sector-specific electrical risks * Certify teams for specialized work in accordance with technical standards **Requirements and Qualifications** Full Microsoft Office suite — including Visio and process flowchart creation; Bachelor’s degree: Electrical Engineering or related field; Postgraduate degree / Specialization in Occupational Safety Engineering; Registration: Active CREA registration with occupational safety attributions; Solid knowledge of occupational risk management and concepts from ISO 31000, Occupational Health and Safety Management (ISO 45001); Knowledge of transmission line, substation, and/or hydroelectric generation construction, maintenance, and operation; Solid knowledge of failure analysis processes (fault tree, FMEA, Ishikawa, bow-tie, etc.); Advanced English (desirable). **Additional Information** **Benefits:** At AXIA Energy, the well-being and quality of life of our people fuel the energy that drives us.
