**Description:** CLT OPPORTUNITY FOR OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY TECHNICIAN IN BARRA DOS COQUEIROS/SE **Responsibilities:** Develop, implement, and monitor occupational health and safety programs such as PGR (Risk Management Program) and PCMSO (Occupational Health Medical Control Program). Conduct Daily Safety Talks (DDS), safety inspections, and internal audits on construction sites and work environments. Deliver training sessions and lectures related to safety, proper use of PPE, and compliance with regulatory standards (NR\-10, NR\-12, NR\-18, NR\-35\). Investigate and analyze workplace accidents and incidents, preparing technical reports and proposing preventive and corrective measures. Ensure compliance with labor legislation and Regulatory Standards, advising managers and teams on best safety practices. Issue and manage safety reports and indicators, monitoring results and suggesting continuous improvements. Support the planning and execution of preventive actions to reduce risks and improve the work environment.
