Focus on quality and safety **Knowledge:** Intermediate computer skills (Office suite), construction methods and related standards, basic financial management, risk management, labor routines and legislation, quality management systems, and procurement systems. **Skills:** Leadership, planning, negotiation, emotional intelligence, communication and interaction, teamwork, decision-making. **Attitudes:** Persuasiveness, self-confidence, proactivity, creativity and innovation, empathy, knowledge-sharing mindset, owner’s mindset. * Participate in weekly and monthly construction planning with the Construction Coordinator to define service scheduling and meet the project’s physical\-financial schedule; * Prepare the workforce production sheet together with the Site Foreman and Construction Coordinator to fulfill remuneration agreements and control labor\-cost; * Train new employees on the tasks they will perform, ensuring compliance with quality standards, using APC 4\.0\ software. **REQUIREMENTS** * Provide customer, architect, and real estate agent support and follow-up at the construction site to ensure satisfaction, identify issues, and resolve problems. * Participate in supervising construction execution according to the established plan, aiming to: comply with procedures and standards; control the budget to reduce costs and optimize materials, labor, and equipment; organize the construction site to ensure worker safety and well-being. **EDUCATION** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering **COMPETENCIES** * Assist in material requisition for service execution, per the construction procurement process, and forward to the Warehouse. * Assist in team management and sizing to ensure productivity and timely delivery; * Provide technical assistance support for technical needs and issues whenever requested; * Monitor, analyze, and prepare budgets for necessary design changes, ensuring property customization per customer requirements, in accordance with established policies and procedures. * Collect field data to assist the Construction Coordinator in formulating unit-cost compositions per service, as well as productivity indices of involved workers. * Monitor health and safety compliance indices and improvement action plans. * Assist in DDS (Daily Safety Talks) * Monitor the Consenco Educa Program and other company social programs.
