**Main responsibilities:** =========================== * Receive customers in the store with the purpose of providing service; * Follow correct procedures according to the system for contract opening and closing; * Offer additional products according to customer needs; * Answer questions about the customer's reservation; * Review rental contracts to identify data and verify compliance; * Perform opening and closing of rental contracts, using customer and reservation data, in order to formally register the service hire; * Check vehicle availability to provide cars according to customer requests; * Verify the signature of the contract holder/driver on the digital contract and validate the upload of the driver's license document into the system. **Mandatory requirements:** ---------------------------- * Completed high school education; * Experience in customer service or sales; * Good verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to interact with customers; * Basic knowledge of sales systems and Office suite. **Desirable requirements (advantage):** ---------------------------------------- * Previous experience in retail stores; * Basic or intermediate English; * Ability to work in a team and under pressure; * Proactivity and focus on customer satisfaction.
