




Job Summary: A professional responsible for front desk operations and guest service, including check-in/out, reservation management, and administrative support, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Basic English proficiency. Experience with TOTVS and VHF systems is desirable. Availability for morning and evening shifts during the adaptation and training period. Relevant courses and certifications are advantageous. Main Responsibilities: 1\. Customer Service: \- Greet and welcome guests courteously. \- Provide information about the hotel and its amenities. \- Assist guests with inquiries and requests. 2\. Check-in and Check-out: \- Perform guest check-in, collecting information and entering data into the system. \- Process check-out, ensuring guest satisfaction and accurate account closure. 3\. Reservation Management: \- Receive and confirm reservations via phone, email, and online systems. \- Update the reservation system to ensure data accuracy. 4\. Telephone Support: \- Answer calls and route them to appropriate departments. \- Provide information regarding rates, availability, and hotel services. 5\. Reporting and Documentation: \- Maintain daily guest records, check-in/check-out reports, and correspondence. \- Prepare activity and occupancy reports for supervision. 6\. Team Support: \- Collaborate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) to ensure a positive guest experience. \- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required. 7\. Conflict Resolution: \- Identify and resolve guest issues and complaints effectively. \- Escalate complex matters to supervisors. 8\. Payment Control: \- Process payments and maintain accuracy in financial transactions. \- Issue invoices and receipts as needed.
