Manage and develop the corporate, leisure, and events client portfolio, ensuring achievement of the hotel's sales and occupancy targets, strengthening strategic partnerships and promoting the DEL MAR HOTEL brand image in the market. **Main Responsibilities** * + Manage and expand the client portfolio, seeking new business opportunities in corporate, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events), and leisure segments. + Negotiate rates, contracts, and special packages according to the hotel's commercial policies. + Ensure achievement of monthly and annual revenue and occupancy targets. + Conduct sales visits, prospecting, and product presentations to companies, agencies, and tour operators. + Monitor sales performance reports, market trends, and competitor behavior. + Collaborate closely with reservations, front desk, and events departments to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. + Participate in trade fairs, industry events, and promotional activities. + Keep the CRM updated with contact information, negotiations, and follow-ups. + Prepare results reports and action plans for senior management. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Experience:** In sales roles within the hospitality industry, preferably in 4 or 5-star hotels. * **Languages:** Intermediate to advanced English (Spanish desirable). * **Flexibility:** Availability for travel, participation in external events, and shift work including weekends and holidays as required by the hotel. **Skills:** * Sales and negotiation techniques; * Client portfolio management; * PMS and CRM systems; * Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
