Job Summary: Perform cargo loading and unloading, move goods, and control logistics processes, ensuring organization and safety in transportation and storage. Key Highlights: 1. Cargo and unloading of goods 2. Control and verification of invoices and cargo weight 3. Organization and maintenance of warehouse cleanliness Perform cargo loading and unloading. Move goods from disembarkation and embarkation terminals, following guidelines for each type of cargo, cubic capacity, and vehicle. Deliver and collect cargo from end customers. * Verify invoices; * Check cargo weight; * Verify cargo for movement; * Reapply sealing tape to packaging when necessary; * Check storage conditions and proper cargo packaging; * Check volume identification labels; * Arrange deliveries according to schedule; * Sort cargo by destination; * Check labels for hazardous goods; * Optimize loading and unloading time; * Advise customers on proper cargo packaging; * Follow packaging recommendations; * Control stacking limits for boxes; * Request authorization for loading special cargo; * Palletize and wrap cargo volumes according to customer requirements; * Maintain warehouse cleanliness and proper organization; * Report defective equipment; * Handle pallets properly to prevent accidents and damage; * Perform other tasks relevant to the position.
