




Job Summary: Warehouse professional responsible for receiving, controlling, and distributing goods, as well as performing invoice entries and inventories. Key Highlights: 1. Accountability for entering invoices into the system **Description:** High school diploma required; Preferred background in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Experience in hospitality warehouse operations is a plus. Proficiency in computer applications, Microsoft Office suite, and reading electronic invoices (NF-e). Familiarity with the TOTVS system is a plus. **Responsibilities:** Entering invoices into the system. Releasing products requested via requisition forms. Managing receipt of goods at the facility and their distribution within the hotel. Receiving purchased items and verifying them against purchase orders. Receiving materials and conducting daily inventory checks for control purposes. Stocking and managing convenience store inventory. Conducting monthly inventory counts.
