With a broad and diversified fleet, we strive to offer qualified, safe, and competitively valued services. **What you will do:** * Supervise the operation of the company-owned fleet, ensuring compliance with routes, schedules, and company quality and safety standards. * Ensure the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans, controlling service orders, costs of parts, tires, and fuel. * Manage fleet performance indicators (availability, consumption, maintenance, accidents, incidents, fines, and damages). * Control vehicle and driver documentation (registration, IPVA, insurance, ANTT, tachograph, CNH, medical exams, MOPP courses, etc.). * Monitor the use of tracking systems, telematics, and pre\-trip and post\-trip checklists. * Supervise refueling and fuel consumption, analyzing deviations and proposing corrective actions. * Support the occupational safety and risk management areas in accident prevention and compliance with regulations (NRs and Law 13\.103/2015\). * Participate in planning meetings and propose improvements in fleet management, maintenance processes, and operations. * Monitor and validate maintenance budgets and third-party service providers. * Prepare managerial reports and fleet performance dashboards. * Manage the team of drivers. **What you need to have:** * Experience in managing fleets of heavy vehicles. * Knowledge in vehicle maintenance management and tire management. * Knowledge in driver management. * Having a bachelor's degree in Administration, Production Engineering, and/or Logistics will be a differentiator. **Additional information:** Employment type: CLT.
