




Job Summary: Professional to work with inventory control, goods receipt and distribution, fiscal invoice entries, and inventory in a hotel environment. Key Highlights: 1. Handling of fiscal invoice entries and inventory **Description:** Completed high school education; A degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields is desirable. Experience in hotel warehouse management is a plus. Proficiency in computer applications, Microsoft Office suite, and electronic invoice (NF-e) reading. Familiarity with the TOTVS system is a plus. **Responsibilities:** Entering fiscal invoices into the system. Releasing products requested via requisition forms. Managing goods receipt at the facility and their distribution within the hotel. Receiving purchased items and verifying them against purchase orders. Receiving materials and conducting daily inventory checks for control purposes. Stocking and managing the convenience store inventory. Conducting monthly inventory.
