




**Position:** SDR Salesperson – Lead Prospecting and Qualification **Location:** Feira de Santana – Bahia **Work Model:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, business hours **Employment Type:** PJ – R$ 1.600 + VT + aggressive commission A law firm is seeking an SDR (Sales Development Representative) to perform lead prospecting and qualification, with a focus on scheduling qualified meetings for the closing attorney (Closer). **Main Responsibilities:** Make initial contact with leads who have expressed interest (phone, WhatsApp, etc.); Investigate legal needs and understand the type of debt and the involved institution; Qualify leads according to the law firm’s ideal client profile; Schedule meetings between the lead and the attorney (Closer); Conduct strategic follow-up, maintaining active engagement with the lead; Record and track information in the CRM, keeping the sales pipeline updated. **Requirements:** Strong communication and persuasion skills; Organizational skills and results-oriented mindset; Experience in customer service, sales, or prospecting is a plus; Basic CRM knowledge is considered a plus. **What We Offer:** Fixed salary + commission + transportation allowance; Training and support for professional development in the commercial area; Opportunity for growth within a dynamic and collaborative environment **Minimum Education Level:** High School (Secondary Education)
