TUDOTEC seeks a highly organized, analytical professional with outstanding communication skills to serve as an **SDR (Sales Development Representative)** in the **Projects** division. This role demands dynamism, discipline, and absolute focus on managing relationships with high-priority customers, as well as strategic engagement with marketing-sourced leads. **Main Responsibilities** **Primary Focus:** * Manage direct relationships with the company's most qualified and strategic customers; * Monitor daily interactions with customers in the assigned base, ensuring recurring contact, value perception, and maintenance of commercial relationships. **Secondary Focus:** * Receive, organize, and monitor leads forwarded by marketing; * Conduct preliminary research to qualify leads; * Develop structured outreach scripts for initial contact; * Identify characteristics, needs, and potential opportunities; * Assess whether a lead fits the profile required to become a customer; * Execute strategic follow-ups to drive engagement and progression through the sales funnel; * Schedule qualified meetings with sales representatives. **Desirable Qualifications** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Inquisitive, organized, and analytical mindset; * Ability to conduct professional interactions with high-priority customers; * Proactivity and ability to adhere to structured processes and routines; * Prior experience as an SDR, pre-sales representative, or customer service agent is a plus. **Working Hours** * **Monday to Friday:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * **Saturdays:** 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) permanent position Compensation: R$1.518,00 \- R$2.200,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance
