Technical support to clients and process improvement We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our team and contribute to the technical execution and continuous evolution of accounting routines. The role will focus on performing accounting closings, reviewing information, delivering ancillary obligations, and providing technical support to clients. We seek a candidate with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and interest in contributing to daily operational improvements. **Responsibilities** * Perform monthly accounting closings. * Review journal entries, trial balances, and accounting reconciliations. * Prepare financial statements and ancillary obligations. * Organize supporting documentation for audits and consulting engagements, as required. * Provide technical assistance to clients. * Support improvements in accounting workflows and collaborate with the team on more complex tasks. * Routine financial tasks **Requirements** * Degree in Accounting Sciences. * Prior experience with accounting routines. * Practical knowledge of accounting standards (NBCs) and tax regimes. * Experience with accounting systems and Excel (intermediate or advanced level). * Analytical, organized, committed profile with good communication skills. * Prior experience with companies under the Real Profit regime. * Interest in technical growth. **Preferred Qualifications** * Updates regarding Tax Reform. * Knowledge of the tax area. * Ability to review and guide junior staff.
