If you want to impact lives and be part of this journey, Stanza is the place for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support and evolve systems; * Gather requirements and map processes jointly with departments such as engineering, procurement, finance, and planning; * Assist users in resolving issues, configuration, training, and proper system usage; * Participate in testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation of new features or modules; * Develop and maintain system integrations, ensuring correct data flow (e.g., construction projects, suppliers, inventory, contracts, etc.); * Extract data via SQL and support analyses to monitor operational KPIs; * Document implemented processes and solutions, ensuring traceability and change control; * Collaborate on data governance and information integrity within systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; * Experience with PHP, Python, Django, HTML, CSS, JavaScript; * Familiarity with relational databases (SQL — MySQL, PostgreSQL or similar); * Basic knowledge of system implementation and configuration; * Ability to document technical processes and solutions. **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory)** * Experience with process automation (scripts, API-based integrations); * Knowledge of system integrations (ERP, REST APIs); * Familiarity with Windows Server / Linux environments; * Experience with version control tools (Git). **Additional Information** * Health Insurance — SulAmérica and Hapvida (fixed monthly cost of 30% of the plan’s table value, with co-payment — 30%); * Dental Insurance — Hapvida and Oral Santa Helena; * Life Insurance — Yellum; * Meal Voucher; * Transportation Voucher; * TotalPass; * Day Off; * Discounts on undergraduate, graduate, and MBA programs at institutions and universities (FVG, UNIT, and Estácio); * 5% discount on purchasing a Stanza property; * Profit Sharing.
