Opportunity at a metallurgical company Position: Administrative Assistant Sector: Metallurgical Job Description: The metallurgical company is seeking an **Administrative Assistant** to provide administrative and technical support to the project area. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform administrative tasks within the department; * Organize and manage documents, reports, and files; * Provide administrative support to technical departments; * Assist in monitoring projects and departmental tasks; * Prepare, review, and update technical drawings using AutoCAD; * Assist in tracking deadlines and internal requests. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Technical course in Building Construction (preferred or currently in progress); * Proficiency in AutoCAD; * Computer literacy (Word, Excel, and e\-mail); * Organizational skills, proactivity, and strong communication. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in administrative routines; * Experience in metallurgical or civil construction companies.
