




**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTIONS** Post job openings, conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and ensure hires comply with labor laws. Collect and analyze data to generate performance indicators (such as absenteeism and turnover) and assist in strategic decision-making. Carry out hiring and termination processes, manage documentation, and support new employees during their adaptation period. Organize documents, monitor work hours and absences, and ensure legal compliance of HR activities. Monitor payroll, manage benefits, and analyze compensation policies. Provide support and guidance to employees and managers, mediate conflicts, and ensure adherence to internal policies and labor laws. Identify training needs, organize programs, and track employee career development. Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, productivity, and workplace climate, guiding actions based on objective results. **MINIMUM HIRING REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. **Technical Knowledge and Skills:** Practical experience with payroll systems and electronic timekeeping management. Up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation, E\-social, and HR administrative procedures. Experience in recruitment and selection processes tailored to expanding companies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Onvio, Solides, and Tangerino. **Experience:** Prior experience in HR analyst roles, preferably within medium-sized or growing companies.
