If you want to impact lives and be part of this journey, Stanza is the place for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Material Receipt – Inspect deliveries, verify invoices, and check material conditions. * Proper Storage – Organize and preserve materials safely and accessibly. * Inventory Control – Record incoming and outgoing items, maintain inventories, and prevent shortages or overstocking. * Material Distribution – Fulfill site requisitions and release materials according to demand. * Documentation and Reporting – Maintain up-to-date records and prepare consumption and inventory reports. * Safety Support – Store products per safety regulations and manage PPEs. * Planning and Logistics – Anticipate material needs and support construction progress. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education * Experience in warehouse operations, preferably in civil construction; * Knowledge of construction materials and inventory control; * Basic computer skills (Excel) and personal organization. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance \- Hapvida (fixed monthly cost of 30% of the plan’s listed price, with co-payment); * Dental Insurance \- Hapvida and Oral Santa Helena; * Life Insurance \- MetLife; * Meal Allowance; * Totalpass * Day Off; * 5% discount on purchasing a Stanza property On our journey, we dream big and constantly strive for more.
