




### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Responsible for supervising scaffolding assembly, disassembly, maintenance, and inspection activities in industrial environments. Ensuring structures are installed safely, according to technical standards, regulatory requirements, and internal company procedures, providing adequate support for maintenance teams and work-at-height operations. **Responsibilities** * Plan and assign tasks to the scaffolding team, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. * Supervise scaffolding assembly, disassembly, and maintenance, guaranteeing structural safety and stability. * Conduct periodic inspections of scaffolds, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions when necessary. * Guide and train the team on the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and occupational safety regulations. * Ensure compliance with NR-18 (Working Conditions and Environment in the Construction Industry) and NR-35 (Work at Height), as well as other applicable regulations. * Monitor the use and preservation of materials, tools, and equipment used in the job. * Track team productivity and performance, proposing improvements and optimizing resources. * Collaborate closely with other departments (safety, maintenance, production, planning) to ensure alignment of activities. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Elementary school diploma (complete); * Proven experience in the role of Scaffolding Foreman or Scaffolding Leader in an industrial environment. ### **BENEFITS** As per local collective bargaining agreement. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT #### **Dear candidate, by applying for this position, you acknowledge and agree that your application data and information will be shared with Talentbrand and made available to the hiring company.**
