Job Description: What We Are Looking For: * Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, Business Administration, Social Communication, Psychology, Pedagogy, Environmental Engineering, and/or related fields; * Experience in activities related to Social Responsibility, Community Relations, and Socio-Environmental Projects; * Availability for travel; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills; * Proactivity and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary environments; * Organizational skills and ability to simultaneously support multiple topics and projects; * Valid and Permanent Driver's License Category B. Desirable: * Postgraduate degree in Social Responsibility and/or Sustainability; * Experience in social consultation and participatory processes. Join us in driving this change—we believe in the power of every individual to generate transformation! * Plan and support meetings, workshops, events, projects, and other initiatives focused on Social Responsibility; * Promote social engagement of internal stakeholders in implementing best practices for Community Relations within the concessionaire’s service areas; * Gather information and prepare technical reports and stakeholder outreach for diverse social stakeholders; * Establish and maintain relationships with key social actors (e.g., civil society organizations, schools, neighborhood associations), aiming to build trust-based partnerships; * Implement the social awareness plan for populations affected by water or sewage infrastructure projects, informing communities about the nature and importance of such works and mitigating adverse impacts of interventions in communities within the company’s operational territories; * Carry out administrative tasks within the area (payments, reimbursements, procurement), ensuring initiative quality, adherence to internal procedures, and proper budget allocation; * Support conflict mediation and social risk management, facilitating dialogue and proposing solutions that strengthen the company’s relationship with local communities; * Collaborate with internal departments; * Comply with internal standards related to quality, environment, compliance, occupational health and safety, and other areas, pursuing continuous improvement. 2512170202551860681
