Work Location: Aracaju/SE **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare and review technical\-financial monitoring reports for projects; propose, structure, and implement initiatives that advance the operation’s social responsibility agenda, aligned with Iguá Group’s SERR strategy; * Analyze and collaborate with operational teams and leaders to enhance socioeducational projects and targeted donation initiatives, identifying opportunities based on industry best practices and competitor benchmarks; * Participate in research and discussion groups related to strategic business dates\/celebrations focused on social responsibility; create and review indicators to ensure sound financial execution, timely delivery, and measurable social impact of projects and initiatives; * Develop internal and external partnerships to align the RTS – Responsibility and Social Transformation – agenda with high-impact social transformation projects; * Monitor and keep managers informed about the progress of the social projects\/initiatives pipeline, while preparing project reports linked to corporate reporting; * Develop, monitor, and strengthen the volunteer program across all operational areas; * Ensure communication and documentation of all executed projects\/initiatives, acting as the liaison to generate weekly positive media coverage with the local Communications team; * Oversee and ensure the proper execution and validation flow of all social projects\/initiatives, promoting an ethical culture, compliance, and integrity in line with existing Compliance standards; * Propose improvements and revisit processes for project development, execution, and control, serving as the local custodian of project portfolios and bringing innovation and fresh perspectives; * Organize community events (e.g., awareness campaigns, relationship retention), aligning with company and operational strategies. * Comply with sustainability standards (safety, hygiene, quality, environmental preservation, health, and the 5S methodology). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Business Administration, or related fields. * Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Driver’s license category B. * Conflict management skills; strong interpersonal and networking abilities; flexibility; resilience; proactivity; hands\-on approach; process orientation; analytical mindset.
