Respond to operational needs across various service areas, perform daily store cleaning and restocking of frequently used items, enabling smooth operations without shortages and with everything well-organized. Work with commitment, respect, and harmony within the team. **Customer Service:** Greet people warmly and politely; pay close attention to customer requests to avoid delivering incorrect items — answer questions and alert customers with food allergies or intolerances. Identify different customer types and offer tastings. **Display Case:** Apply gelato correctly using a spatula, verifying appropriate portion sizes; regularly clean and organize the display case and monitor temperature daily. **Product Knowledge:** Know all flavors and basic composition of each gelato; identify gelato placement in the display case; recognize gelato identification signs; know reserve gelatos; understand available products for sale. **Cashier:** Achieve sales conversion; recommend complementary products to customers; handle change; open and close your own cash register; accept credit cards; avoid cash discrepancies. **Production:** Prepare waffle cones, cookies, and waffles; request dough from the kitchen; monitor expiration dates of displayed products; prepare desserts. **Equipment Cleaning and Maintenance:** Familiarize yourself with store equipment; understand the cleaning and maintenance schedule; identify equipment cleaned by staff; comprehend temperature control procedures and proper cleaning methods. **Store Cleaning and Organization:** Keep the store clean; know the store checklist; observe all items in the store; inspect both interior and exterior store areas visually. **Restocking and Inventory:** Identify inventory types; know store products; understand ordering links; know how to complete restocking records. **Delivery:** Update delivery platforms with available flavors for the day; know products available for sale; operate the delivery platform; monitor customer feedback.
