**Description:** OPPORTUNITY FOR FLOOR SUPERVISOR IN HOTEL IN ARACAJU **Activities:** Supervise housekeepers and general service staff from the housekeeping department. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of guest rooms and common areas according to hotel standards. Release rooms after inspection (checking items, amenities, linens, and maintenance). Control and distribute linens, cleaning supplies, and daily use materials. Organize and update control spreadsheets (linens, inventory, productivity, blocked rooms, etc.). Input and maintain updated information in the hotel management system regarding room status, incidents, and maintenance requests. Monitor check\-in and check\-out processes to ensure prompt room availability. Assist the maintenance department in identifying and recording damages or repair needs. Train, guide, and supervise staff on cleaning techniques, behavior, and professional conduct. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards. Create work schedules and monitor staff attendance.
