Responsibilities * **Active Prospecting**: Identify and contact prospects via cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn, and other outbound marketing tools * **Lead Qualification**: Assess prospect profiles using methodologies such as BANT, MEDDIC, or similar to determine fit and purchase potential * **Pipeline Management**: Keep the CRM updated with all interactions, prospect data, and statuses of developing opportunities * **Meeting Scheduling**: Schedule and hand off qualified leads to Account Executives, ensuring smooth handoff with complete briefing * **Strategic Follow-up**: Execute personalized follow-up sequences to nurture relationships and maintain prospect engagement * **Market Research**: Conduct detailed research on prospects, target companies, and markets to tailor outreach approaches * **Metrics and Reporting**: Track KPIs such as number of calls, emails sent, response rate, SQLs generated, and conversion rate * **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing to optimize campaigns and with sales to refine the qualification process Technical Requirements * **Education**: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields) * **Minimum 3 years of experience** in prospecting, SDR, or B2B sales * **Proficiency in CRM tools** (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) * **Figma knowledge** for collaboration on visual materials * **Excellent text editing skills** and written communication ability Behavioral Traits * Results- and goal-oriented * Assertive and persuasive communication * Organization and time management * Resilience and persistence * Analytical and data-driven mindset Nice-to-Haves * Experience with sales automation tools (Outreach, Salesloft, etc.) * Knowledge of Growth Hacking or Digital Marketing * Intermediate/Advanced English * Certifications in sales methodologies * Experience in SaaS or technology companies * Understanding of customer journey and customer success What We Offer?
