




### **JOB DESCRIPTION** The Cleaning Supervisor is the professional responsible for supervising, guiding, and ensuring the correct execution of all operational cleaning, disinfection, pantry, waste collection, and other services under the team’s responsibility. Acts as the direct link between operations, the client, and Souza & Filhos management, guaranteeing quality, compliance with standards, productivity, and process organization. Main Activities and Responsibilities 1\. Operational Leadership Daily supervision of all activities carried out by staff, ensuring compliance with routines for: Surface cleaning and disinfection; Floor treatment and maintenance; Cleaning of external areas, where applicable; Assistive support (bed coverage, organization of wards and private rooms); Pantry and supply services; Waste and laundry collection and weighing (where applicable). Ensure staff correctly use PPE, collective protective equipment, chemical products, and equipment. Monitor and guide the team on technical procedures, biosafety standards, and operational standards defined by Souza & Filhos and the client. 2\. Administrative Control and Organization Complete and verify operational forms, such as: Cleaning checklists; Activity maps; Waste and laundry control records; Incident or non-conformance reports. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly reports, as directed by supervision/coordination. Monitor team working hours, shift schedules, coverage, absences, and breaks, reporting discrepancies to leadership. Request, control, and distribute materials, products, utensils, and equipment, maintaining an organized stock and avoiding waste. 3\. People Management Monitor staff performance and provide continuous feedback. Train new staff, ensuring they understand standards, routines, and quality requirements. Support immediate leadership in team integration and ongoing training processes. Promote a safe, disciplined work environment aligned with Souza & Filhos policies. 4\. Quality, Results, and Customer Service Ensure correct execution of routines according to NR-32, SOPs, manuals, and operational protocols. Monitor cleaning, productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction indicators. Handle client requests courteously, always forwarding them to coordination when necessary. Respond promptly to incidents, complaints, or non-conformances, documenting and tracking resolution. 5\. Meetings, Standards, and Conduct Attend meetings, trainings, and capacity-building sessions convened by the company or the client. Comply with—and ensure the team complies with—all administrative, technical, and occupational safety standards. Ensure alignment and standardization of processes across all shifts and workstations. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Previous experience as a supervisor, operational leader, or similar role; Knowledge of hospital cleaning techniques and floor treatment; Leadership ability, assertive communication, and organizational skills; Conflict resolution and decision-making skills; Basic computer skills for completing reports and forms. ### **JOB BENEFITS** Base Salary: R$2.463,99 Hazard Pay (20%): R$ 235,88 Transportation Allowance: Yes Health Insurance: Yes Dental Plan: Yes Life Insurance: Yes ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract Type:** CLT
