Our purpose is to simplify operations, create meaningful connections, and deliver solutions that truly make a difference. **About the position:** As a **Field Service Analyst**, you will work on-site at the client’s premises, providing technical support in a highly critical operational and logistical context. This role requires generalist expertise in hardware, software, mobile devices, and asset management, ensuring operational continuity and adherence to defined processes. **Position details:** * **CONTRACT TYPE**: PJ * **WORK MODALITY**: On-site * **SCHEDULE:** 12x36 — 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (with minor weekend variations — reduced hours) * **COMPENSATION:** R$ 3.150,00 **Academic Qualifications:** * Technology degree or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields. **Key Responsibilities:** * On-site technical support to end users * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of: * + Desktops, notebooks, and peripherals + Printers (including Zebra) + Data collectors * Asset inventory management and updates in ITSM * Support for onboarding and offboarding processes * Mobile device support and MDM-related activities * Support for mobile telephony and IP/Cloud telephony * Checklists and support for meeting rooms and events * Opening and tracking service tickets with manufacturers * Detailed logging of all activities in ITSM **Technical Skills:** * Experience in Field Service or On-site Support * Knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and networks * Experience in logistics or industrial environments * Experience with ITSM tools * Familiarity with BMC Helix ITSM will be considered a plus **Behavioral Competencies:** * Proactivity and autonomy * Organization and sense of responsibility * Strong communication skills with users and teams * Ability to operate effectively in an operational environment
