Conduct technical inspections in residential units and common areas of developments. Plan and oversee repair execution, monitor team productivity. Assist in achieving goals related to deadlines, quality, and cost. Propose improvements in processes under responsibility. Perform other related professional activities inherent to the position as directed or requested by the immediate supervisor. REQUIREMENTS: Technical/Vocational Education. Experience in the construction industry within the real estate sector is required. EDUCATION: High School. WORK HOURS: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 12:00 / 13:00 to 18:00; Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 / 13:00 to 17:00.
