Basic sanitation in Brazil is currently undergoing transformation, marked by new expansion projects. Aligned with our DNA, we aim to foster a sustainable, developmental, and safe work environment. **Work Location: Aracaju, Sergipe** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Guide commercial teams regarding customer service tasks (refresher trainings and training sessions); * Prepare, verify, analyze, and forward required spreadsheets and reports, as well as enter and update data in information systems; * Analyze customer requests and implement solutions to fulfill them, complying with the company's established regulations; * Provide administrative support to leadership through information reporting, indicator development, and related activities; * Serve customers via multiple communication channels (in-person, telephone, e-mail, etc.); * Assess feasibility for executing customer-requested services; * Negotiate outstanding payments with customers according to pre-established company rules; request support and approval for cases falling outside internal guidelines; * Conduct on-site visits to evaluate service quality and perform service audits; ensure compliance with applicable standards, procedures, and deadlines related to services. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education. * Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Sanitation, or related fields.
