Clean and sanitize equipment and utensils used in the butcher shop. Maintain inventory control of meats and related products, ensuring appropriate restocking. Previous experience as a Butcher, Butchery Assistant, Butchery Supervisor, or Meat Processing Operator may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position. Completed technical education required.
