Sales operations support and compliance with regulations Responsibilities and Duties: * Manages the sales team for stores under their responsibility; * Monitors the sales team's performance; * Develops and trains the sales team; * Analyzes results of financial products and services; * Promotes financial services sales in stores; * Maintains visual communication standards in stores; * Provides support to sales operations; * Ensures compliance with regulations and procedures. Required Qualifications: * Completed undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields) * Experience in negotiation/sales; * Intermediate Excel skills and basic knowledge of business intelligence; * Flexible working hours; * Must reside in Aracaju/SE Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.518,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance
