




**Description** We are looking for a strategic, communicative, and people- and results-oriented Coordinator to lead our student acquisition, relationship management, and expansion initiatives. This professional will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, strengthening brand presence, and driving business growth across different regions and partner institutions. **Responsibilities and duties** Plan and coordinate digital and institutional marketing campaigns aimed at attracting new students and partners; Assist in developing and implementing prospecting, negotiation, and retention strategies for educational institutions; Monitor commercial and marketing performance indicators (KPIs and digital metrics), preparing reports and action plans; Create and supervise promotional activities, events, and strategic partnerships; Coordinate relationships with agencies, suppliers, and communication partners; Contribute innovative ideas to strengthen the Ficou Fácil brand and enhance its competitive positioning in the education market. **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields. Postgraduate studies or an MBA in Marketing or related areas will be considered a plus. Solid experience in coordinating or leading sales and/or marketing teams; Previous experience in financial institutions, educational organizations, or credit companies is a plus; Strong communication skills and leadership capabilities; Analytical ability to interpret data and support decision-making; Results-driven, with planning skills and strategic vision; Proactive, creative, and innovative mindset.
