




**JUNIOR HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR CLT** **Job Description:** Coordinate the personnel recruitment and selection process; Implement guidelines and execute projects approved by the People Committee; Ensure compliance with legal labor obligations; Guarantee accurate recording of employee attendance; Review and perform payroll closing; Verify and control payment of social charges within the amounts and deadlines established by legislation and collective agreements; Verify and control payment of benefits adopted by the company; Identify, analyze, and resolve operational difficulties within the department; Promote continuous team development through training, courses, lectures, and other relevant tools. Ensure monitoring of ongoing changes in labor obligations and regulations; Communicate changes in labor laws and obligations to concerned parties. Ensure everyone remains updated and complies with current regulations; Ensure effective communication between the department and construction sites; Represent the company and participate in individual and collective labor negotiations; Act as the company's representative in labor court hearings; Pes **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, HR, Economics, Accounting, Psychology, or related fields. Prior experience in the field is required.
