




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Activities: Develop the Recruitment and Selection area focused on technology, structuring talent attraction initiatives and talent pools, including headhunting, screening, and behavioral analysis. Structure and oversee HR department processes, including performance indicators (KPIs), performance evaluations, development plan creation (PDI), job architecture, and one-on-one meetings. Manage team engagement and employee experience (EX) initiatives, proposing feasible and appropriate solutions aligned with the company’s reality. Implement leadership training and development processes. Develop organizational culture policies and initiatives, ensuring that cultural pillars are disseminated and upheld by employees.
