Ensuring workplace safety **Crane Signalman CLT** **Job Description:** Guide crane\/hoist operators using specific hand signals or radio communication for cargo handling, controlling load weight and securing conditions, including sling and locking devices; Responsible for informing equipment operators which movements to perform, when to start and when to stop, and ensuring safe cargo movement to prevent collisions and other accidents; Ensure the work area is clear and safe, and that safety guidelines are followed during lifting operations. **Requirements:** 16-hour Crane Signalman and\/or Mini-Crane training course – Certification – Completed **Minimum Education:** High School Diploma **Work Schedule:** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Benefits:** Transportation allowance \+ Dental plan \+ 4% discount on purchasing a real estate development. *Apply via Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
