We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Clinical Laboratory Technician to join our team. The professional will work in our laboratory, performing test collections, processing samples, and contributing to the delivery of accurate and reliable results to our patients. * **Sample collection:** Perform blood, urine, and other biological sample collections according to standard operating procedures (SOPs); * **Sample processing:** Prepare samples for analysis, centrifuge, aliquot, and properly label; * **Equipment operation:** Use laboratory equipment such as centrifuges, microscopes, and autoanalyzers; * **Quality control:** Ensure result accuracy by following quality control protocols; * **Laboratory maintenance:** Assist in organizing and cleaning the workspace; * **Patient care:** Provide humane patient service and clarify patient questions regarding procedures. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical degree in Clinical Analysis; * **Experience:** Proven experience in specimen collection and sample processing; * **Professional registration:** Active registration with the Regional Council of Biomedicine (CRBM); * **Technical knowledge:** Proficiency in collection techniques, sample preparation, and laboratory equipment operation; * **Skills:** Good communication, organization, attention to detail, and teamwork; * **Availability:** To work in different shifts **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience with various types of specimen collection * **Availability:** To work in different shifts We have openings for PWD
