Process account closure and billing for health insurance plans 2. Verify SADT forms and resolve pending items 3. Record payments in the system and digitize forms Perform account closure for health insurance plans to enable billing. * Receipt of protocols and lists * Verify service delivery lists * Verify receipt of forms * Verify mandatory requirements on SADT forms * Check form stamps * Maintain pending items tracking * Resolve issues related to SADT forms held in the medical billing department with pending items * Verify medical billing payment reports * Record received payments in the system * Digitize SADT forms
