It provides services to protect homes and businesses using cutting-edge technology. **Responsibilities:** Handle recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and feedback delivery. Work in alignment with the company’s culture, under the supervision of more senior professionals. Assist in collecting, analyzing, and preparing HR reports and metrics, such as turnover and absenteeism. Contribute to operational stages of employee onboarding and offboarding. Actively participate in the New Employee Integration (Onboarding) process. Provide support in Training, Development, and Hiring activities. Address employee inquiries and support internal departments of the company.
