Technical Support and Help Desk:** * Respond to and log technical service requests, providing remote and on-site support to end users. * Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. * Configure, install, and update operating systems, software, and applications. * Document solutions for recurring issues and create user support materials. * **2. IT Infrastructure:** * Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks and communication devices. * Assist in controlling and managing local hardware and software inventory. * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of IT equipment. * **3. Machine and User Profile Management:** * Assist in managing machines assigned to employees deployed at client sites, ensuring compliance with local IT policies. * Manage user profiles, ensuring access rights and permissions align with employee needs. * **4.
