If you identify with this, come be part of it. **\#JOINDOMO** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your main challenges will be:** * Microcomputer Support: Assistance with configuration and troubleshooting of desktops and laptops (Windows/IOs); * Hardware Maintenance: Support in basic diagnostics and preventive/corrective maintenance of peripherals (monitors, pinpads, check readers, and biometric sensors); * Print Management: Support for printers and multifunction devices; * Mobility: Assistance with configuration and support for tablets used in internal processes; * User Support: Assistance with logging and tracking service tickets via the Service Desk system, ensuring SLA compliance. * Documentation: Support in updating technical documentation, internal controls, and systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We are looking for someone with:** * Undergraduate students duly enrolled at an educational institution, studying Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Networks, or related fields; * Availability to complete the 2-year Internship Program; * Availability to intern for 6 hours per day (morning shift); * Basic knowledge of computer assembly and maintenance; * Familiarity with networking concepts (cabling, IP, Wi\-Fi); * Proficiency with the Windows operating system. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Intermediate-level Excel knowledge. **Work Location: Belo Horizonte/MG** **Additional Information** **What we offer interns:** * Internship stipend of R$3\.000,00; * Domo School (learning platform); * Life Insurance \- no deduction from the stipend amount. **We are DOMO** The innovation and technology hub of one of Brazil’s largest and most established banks: Banco Mercantil.
