




Job Summary: Human Resources professional to perform recruitment, selection, and various HR operational tasks, with emphasis on people and process management. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on communication and employee experience, from onboarding to daily operations Responsibilities: Post job openings on appropriate platforms. Screen resumes and proactively source candidates through various channels. Conduct interviews (in-person and online). Support candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring clear communication and timely, constructive feedback. Assist in managing recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, delivery quality, volume processed). New hire onboarding: organize training sessions, institutional presentations, monitor the first days of employment, and ensure a positive onboarding experience. Documentation management: maintain employee records and documentation. Time and attendance tracking: monitor working hours, absences, late arrivals, overtime, and time-off balances, ensuring compliance with labor legislation. Vacation and leave management: schedule and track vacation periods, leaves of absence, and other types of absences. Benefits support: assist in benefits administration. Employee communication: clarify questions regarding labor rights, responsibilities, and procedures in a clear, empathetic, and effective manner. Coordination with headquarters: submit information related to hires, terminations, data changes, vacations, and other processes impacting payroll and benefits. Requirements: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Prior experience in recruitment and selection processes. Experience conducting competency-based interviews and behavioral profile assessments.[1] Proficiency in active sourcing tools and job posting platforms. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace. Willingness to work across multiple areas (recruitment + HR operations). Observational skills to understand both organizational and candidate needs. Organizational and planning skills to manage multiple concurrent processes. Proactivity and commitment to task execution and deadlines.
