




Job Summary: This apprenticeship program offers development in administrative and civil construction areas, with support activities conducted both in the office and on construction sites. Key Highlights: 1. Support for administrative and operational routines 2. Monitoring and assistance in workplace safety on construction sites 3. Learning about construction processes and building practices Description: * Be aged between 14 and 24 years (in accordance with the Apprenticeship Law); * Be enrolled in and regularly attending school (if high school has not yet been completed); * Show interest in learning and developing skills in administrative and civil construction fields; * Demonstrate commitment, punctuality, and proactivity; * Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office suite) is desirable. In the office: * Support administrative routines (document organization, digitization, telephone reception, and team support); * Support spreadsheet control and archiving; * Assist with simple operational tasks in HR, Engineering, Quality, or Finance departments, among others (as required by the unit); On construction sites: * Support the control and organization of lightweight materials; * Monitor and assist in workplace safety routines (e.g., distribution of PPE); * Assist in completing forms and checklists; * Observe construction practices, learning about construction processes and site conduct. 2511070202301855026
