Come be part of this transformation with us! **Work Location:** Aracaju, Sergipe – **Iguá Sergipe** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participate in the planning and execution of projects, assisting in the development of new technologies, maintaining processes, collaborating in the editing and development of drawing programs and company needs, supporting the analysis of technical and economic feasibility of projects; * Collaborate in the editing and development of programs related to drawings and company needs, assisting in the analysis of technical and economic feasibility of new projects; * Support the development of project improvements, proposing technical solutions and promoting process enhancements; * Update procedures related to area processes and projects, including workflows, business structure, as well as conducting time study analyses (chronological analysis); * Maintain updated budget control with area expenses; * Collaborate in the planning, development, and projection of processes and technical work methods according to needs; * Develop standards, work plans, and operation processing related to all necessary process execution to fulfill company activities; * Work on developing studies and research aimed at the proper use of labor and other resources in the operational area; * Follow internal guidelines related to quality, environment, compliance, occupational health and safety, among others, in pursuit of continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we're looking for:** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Civil or Sanitary Engineering; * Knowledge in public sanitation system projects; * Active and permanent Class B driver's license (CNH B); * Availability for travel; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of AutoCAD, WaterCAD (or similar), and ArcGIS; * Technical ability to create and format materials for presentations, ensuring clarity, coherence, and quality of information. In exceptional cases, may participate in presenting these materials. **Desirable:** * Knowledge in BI and Hydraulic Modeling tools; * Experience in large-scale sanitation companies.
