




Job Summary: Responsible for leading national Recruitment and Selection processes, profile alignment, resume sourcing, and HR support. Key Highlights: 1. Lead national Recruitment and Selection, acting in an advisory capacity. 2. Develop a talent pool and map strategic regions. 3. Support onboarding activities and Human Resources initiatives. Main Responsibilities: * Lead national Recruitment and Selection processes for operational and tactical positions, advising managers and applying best practices for talent attraction. * Align job requirements with hiring managers, validating the technical and behavioral competencies required for each position. * Develop and maintain a talent pool for highly complex or hard-to-fill positions, mapping strategic regions and critical roles. * Identify and utilize alternative resume-sourcing channels, such as regional job boards, technical schools, universities, professional groups, and social media. * Administer behavioral assessments and support candidate profile analysis when necessary. * Prepare technical and behavioral evaluation reports for assessed candidates, ensuring proper documentation and organization of selection process information. * Manage the onboarding process for approved candidates, including offer letter issuance, document request and verification, scheduling of pre-employment medical exams, and handover to the HR Department. * Monitor and support the onboarding (onboarding) process for new employees. * Support initiatives to comply with the quota for Persons with Disabilities (PWD). * Provide support to other Human Resources initiatives and projects.
