What we expect from you:** • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or technical program in Information Technology, Communications, Systems, Engineering, or related fields. • Strong written communication skills and ability to clearly organize ideas. • Interest in technology, systems, and chatbots. • Eagerness to learn about processes, documentation, and technical support. • Organizational skills and attention to detail.??
