**Work Location: Aracaju/SE**
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Consolidate quality control results and indicators (IQA, IQE) and similar metrics;
* Maintain up-to-date quality control information, generate reports, integrate data into BI tools, and present findings to managers and *stakeholders*;
* Ensure traceability of data, results, and laboratory reports generated by internal and external laboratories, keeping all records current;
* Act as *Key User* for the LIMS system, training teams on procedures and standards, and identifying opportunities for system improvement;
* Monitor compliance with water and sewage sampling plans, ensure proper completion of custody chains, and verify monthly measurements from external laboratories;
* Issue duly validated quality control reports by management to meet regulatory agency requirements (e.g., CONTÁ DE ÁGUA \- SANSYS, AGRESE, ADEMA, SEMAC, IVISA, MP, etc);
* Systematize quality control information in BI, integrate with external laboratories, and implement all UniLIMS modules;
* Critically analyze results, parameterize them using operational data, and propose action plans for non-conformities.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or related fields.
* Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office suite.
* Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 standard is desirable.
* Active registration with CRQ or CREA is desirable.
* Experience with LIMS and ERP systems (SAP, Protheus, Oracle) is an advantage.
