




Description: * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience with onboarding, employee experience, people processes, or initial training; * Experience structuring and monitoring people processes and cross-functional projects; * Analytical ability and capability to organize metrics (Excel and/or BI); * Strong communication skills and ability to influence leadership; * Experience with retention, climate, or eNPS metrics; * Affinity with organizational culture and continuous improvement. * Ensure employee experience throughout the entire journey, acting as guardian of experience-related processes; * Structure, execute, and monitor institutional onboarding and role integration; * Lead pre-onboarding, ensuring communication, documentation, system access, and initial alignment; * Implement and monitor the buddy program; * Conduct structured check-ins (at 45, 90, and 180 days) with new employees and their leaders; * Identify risks related to adaptation, engagement, or retention and trigger action plans; * Map the employee journey and propose continuous improvements; * Develop and maintain support materials for employee experience; * Collaborate closely with People, leadership, and partner areas; * Standardize and monitor offboarding processes and exit interviews; * Monitor onboarding, retention, and experience metrics; * Consolidate analyses and support data-driven decision-making. 2512190202551926845
