




**Job Objective** Perform accounting routines with a focus on technical accuracy and adherence to financial closing deadlines. The professional will act as a link between operational execution and managerial analysis, ensuring that records reflect the company’s actual financial position and supporting the preparation of financial statements. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Reconciliation and Analysis: Perform reconciliation of balance sheet accounts (banks, suppliers, customers, recoverable/accrued taxes) and income statement accounts, identifying and correcting discrepancies. * Monthly Closing: Assist in preparing monthly trial balances and calculating profits/losses, ensuring correct application of the accrual basis accounting principle. * Fixed Assets: Manage additions, disposals, and depreciation of fixed assets, as well as conduct periodic inventories. * Module Integration: Monitor integrations among Financial, Tax, and Payroll modules with the Accounting module, resolving inconsistencies. * Ancillary Obligations: Support the preparation and review of ancillary obligations such as IBGE, ECD (Digital Accounting Record) and ECF (Fiscal Accounting Record). * Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation or improvement in departmental workflows. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (completed or in progress). * Technical Knowledge: Accounting entries, Brazilian Accounting Standards (CPCs/IFRS), and basic taxation concepts (Withholdings, PIS/COFINS, ICMS, and payroll-related taxes). * Excel: Intermediate level (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, and logical formulas). **Desirable (Preferred)** * Prior experience in accounting firms or audit practices. * Basic knowledge of BI tools (Power BI/Tableau). * Technical English for reading reports. * Experience with market-leading ERPs (e.g., SAP, TOTVS, Senior, Oracle, or specific systems such as Alterdata/Domínio). **Behavioral Profile (Soft Skills)** * Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret numbers and understand the origin of that information and the process that generated it. * Organization and Time Management: Discipline to meet financial closing schedules and other internal departmental deadlines. * Proactivity: Anticipate potential issues and address them before they escalate. * Strong Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively across different departments to gather information and clarify doubts. **Why is this position a growth opportunity?** This role is designed for professionals seeking career development in the accounting field, with direct exposure to financial statements, ancillary obligations, participation in process improvement projects, and mentorship from area leadership and team members. **Working Hours:** 08:00–17:48 (1-hour lunch break + 15-minute break) Curitiba City Center Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$0.10–R$0.20 per month Benefits: * Commercial agreements and discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
