**Description** Perform mechanical maintenance of lower complexity on components, vehicles, agricultural machinery and implements, both in the workshop and in the field. Diagnose faults and correct them, ensuring the availability and reliability of equipment for the production process. Perform disassembly, adjustments, cleaning and basic tests, ensuring that services are aligned with the company's quality and safety standards. **Responsibilities and duties** * Fill out work permits (PT) and preliminary risk analyses (APR) before starting activities * Carry out diagnosis and correction of mechanical failures in machines and vehicles, recording the information in the service order (OS). * Perform disassembly, adjustments and cleaning of components such as transmission, hydraulic systems and differentials, following appropriate techniques. * Replace or adjust brake systems, including cylinders, pipelines and brake shoes. * Check and repair fuel supply, lubrication, cooling, steering and transmission systems. * Support maintenance of pneumatic components on trucks, machinery and implements, including brake systems and power take-offs. * Perform external engine cleaning, disassembly and component evaluation together with the team. * Record productive and non-productive activities in the system, ensuring control and traceability. * Install and assemble hydraulic and pneumatic mechanisms on agricultural implements. * Inspect water, oil and other fluid levels in batteries, cooling systems and injection pumps. * Conduct basic tests on serviced machines and vehicles, verifying compliance with quality standards. * Withdraw parts from the automotive warehouse to meet vehicle and equipment maintenance needs. * Assist the team in more complex maintenance tasks, guaranteeing adherence to the established schedule. **Requirements and qualifications** High school diploma; Experience in the role or similar positions, focusing on basic maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
