Job Summary: The professional will ensure area security by controlling the movement of people and vehicles, performing preventive actions and inspections, maintaining order, and assisting superiors. Key Highlights: 1. Visible and proactive promotion of personnel and facility security. 2. Responsibility for custody of materials and documentation at the post. 3. Preparation of daily shift reports and proactive response to incidents. Monitor the area to ensure site security, remaining vigilant regarding the movement of people and vehicles. Carry out preventive actions to maintain post security. Conduct inspections within the post perimeter. Maintain a firm yet courteous demeanor toward customers and their staff. Provide all types of information and assistance requested by the immediate supervisor. Act visibly to promote the security of people, facilities, and assets, deterring and preventing actions harmful to the client’s interests—whether criminal or not—while complying with legal requirements. Follow all directives and procedures established for the assigned post. Prepare daily shift/post reports as stipulated by the company. Assume responsibility for custody of assigned materials (e.g., weapons, documentation, and post equipment). Complete documents required to perform job duties (e.g., guard logbook and time card). In the event of an incident, respond proactively in accordance with established procedures, safeguarding both personal safety and the assets under one’s responsibility. Other duties inherent to the position. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION: Completed or ongoing high school education. Valid and up-to-date Security Guard Training Course. Computer literacy. Flexible availability for work hours.
